At Lively Lift Beds, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the purchase, which is why we offer a comprehensive 3-year limited warranty on all our beds.

Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Lively Lift Beds will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What's Covered:

Motors and associated parts
Control panels
Handles
Construction materials (steel)

What's Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Improper installation, misuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modification or repairs

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team at support@livelyliftbeds.com within the warranty period. Provide your original order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or videos that illustrate the problem.

Exclusions

Lively Lift Beds reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this warranty policy.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the cost of replacing the sauna or components covered under this warranty.

Important Notes:

This warranty is applicable only to saunas purchased directly from Lively Lift Beds.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
